Day 127

I remember the last time I had a coconut. And no, I don't mean a piece of coconut or a sprinkling of coconut - I mean an actual coconut - flesh, milk and all. It was when my parents went to the Seychelles when I was about 5 years old, and they brought one back for our family to share. I also remember hating it. That didn't stop me from trying again, though. When we arrived at a restaurant and saw young coconuts on the menu, Jess and I couldn't help ourselves and ended up ordering one each. And they were lovely - refreshing, delicious and generally far better than I remembered. So today's photo is of our coconuts.
