Amy convinced me to cook once again on Thursday, though chopping and dicing can hardly be called cooking. I produced a salad that was met with great enthusiasm (apparently I am a good salad-maker... who knew!) and was served with a balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing that I cunningly spied at Home Plus.
